Meet Rachel… a self-described sassy, typical Leo from Houston, Texas. A mother of two girls, ages 15 & 10, & married to a Naval Senior Chief, Rachel and her family now call the PNW home…”where we plan to stay because it’s gorgeous here and I hate the heat, bugs, and sweet tea in TX”.

She once played Roller Derby, both Recreational and Competitive, with a Nationals win + some lingering injuries to prove it. Since retiring from the sport (“but dang it was fun!!”), you can still find Rachel rolling on the weekends because “once a rink rat always a rink rat.”

She has been instructing fitness for just over four years and began teaching at the YMCA as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor where she taught primarily bodyweight mobility programs. Rachel currently works for an all Female gym & holds a few certifications and trainings, such as a Personal Trainer, Group Fit, Barre, Cardio Yoga, and Pre/Postnatal Barre. Currently, she is studying to be a Corrective Exercise Specialist Through NASM in hopes to further help the everyday athlete of life succeed.
