Join Rachel for this spicy 5 x 5 strength workout! The workout is broken down into 5 minute blocks of work. Each block will have 5 reps of 4 different types of movement. Let’s go, Team!

Powerful Strength

Join Coach Tyler for this full-body strength workout! You’ll need a medicine ball (if you don’t have one handy, you can use a soccer ball or basketball) and a pair of dumbbells (Tyler recommends keeping it on the lighter side to keep great form). Get fired up and ready to sweat!

Dumbbell HIIT
