You don’t need a gym to get strong

What’s up, Team?

When people think of strength training, they often think of hours spent in a gym that has hundreds of pieces of equipment. The truth is, you don’t need a gym to get strong. All you need is a set of dumbbells, a willingness to put in the work, and progressive programming (learn more about progressive programming, HERE!)

There are an infinite amount of ways to progress your program, and in turn, get stronger. Rather than always increasing the amount of weight used, you can:
⬆️ Increase the number of sets, reps, or time worked.
⬇️ The speed of the movements to hone in on technique and challenge your body’s ability to control the movement.

Knowing exactly when and how to progress your workout can be tricky, so my personal trainer, Coach Luka has taken all of the guesswork out of it. He designed Dumbbell Strength — a 4-week, dumbbell only, progressive program — specifically for you to build strength, agility, power and conditioning!
