2. Who is this for?
If you are ready to take your performance to the next level this is for you! You should be confident in the gym with basic weightlifting and ready to commit to training 5x a week
3. What equipment do I need?
This is an in-the-gym program so you’ll need access to the following equipment:
- Weightlifting Equipment (Barbell, Dumbbells, Kettlebell, Cable Machine, and Bench)
- Extras (Slides, Bands, Med Ball)
- *Note: you’ll have the option to do one of your conditioning days outside, on a track, but it’s not mandatory. The running can be done inside on a treadmill as well
4. How much does it cost?
