This 5-day START Foundations program is designed to show you the fundamentals of movement and then slowly introduce more dynamic exercises when the time is right! If you’re getting back into movement or just starting out, we’ve got you covered!

This series is designed to ease you into working out, breaking down basic exercises, and help you become empowered and excited to try more!


START Foundations 1

We start in a seated position — and today you won’t need to stand up at all. We all do a lot of sitting in our daily lives, so we begin with a routine that you can do at any point during your day.

START Foundations 2

Workouts can seem overly complicated or complex, but almost all exercise actually stems from just a handful of moves. Learning these essential moves — how they feel in our body, how to get into and out of them — will hopefully make you feel empowered and more comfortable in trying new and more challenging exercises.

START Foundations 3

Now that we’re more comfortable in the fundamental movements, we’re gonna kick things up a notch, put those moves together, and turn them into a cohesive workout flow! Grab a chair and water bottle and let’s go!

We’re going to continue to build on the things you’ve learned so far and add a bit more of a challenge. This is a total-body workout to build strength and get your heart rate up a little. Remember to listen to your body and take a breather if you need. Have a chair and water bottle handy and have fun.

To celebrate the final day of our the foundation series, we are adding some spice to today’s workout. We’ll push further through the movements you’ve already learned, and then I’ll integrate some popular moves you may have heard of, but I’ll walk you through the proper form.
